In these parts, they air commercials to call 9-1-1 if you have any of these symptoms:

Weakness - Sudden loss of strength or sudden numbness in the face, arm or leg, even if temporary.

Trouble speaking - Sudden difficulty speaking or understanding or sudden confusion, even if temporary.

Vision problems - Sudden trouble with vision, even if temporary.

Headache - Sudden severe and unusual headache.

Dizziness - Sudden loss of balance, especially with any of the above signs.

Again, all of the above can be the result of chemical exposures. If I could be around medical personell without it almost killing me, I'd start calling just to let them know how serious exposures can be for us. As it is, if I do have a life threatening symptom, I'm on my own, cause calling for help from the system the way it currently is, would be the end of me.
